 Two months have passed since the shocking events at Reid Manor changed Jayde and James' lives forever (for the better this time), and things are going well.

Then Jayde receives an unexpected phone call from her dad, inviting her to visit him in Santa Cruz for Christmas. The thought of seeing her human father and brother for the first time in over a year is daunting, but James agrees to tag along, so Jayde decides to give it a shot.

Surprisingly, and much to Jayde's relief, it all works out in the end.
